Action and Timing

Outstanding dwarf form, the leaves of which turn from green to deep orange to scarlet during autumn, the plant is dense, compact to 5ft yet slightly spreading and needs no training or pruning to give a bonsai-like appearance. It is a truly remarkable little maple highly rated and happy in any light.

Opinion

Great for bonsai or rockery or just general container culture.....borders are good also but it lends itself to the former wonderfully well.
