Thin leaves of chartreuse turning golden-yellow with widely rippled edge. Flowers are lavender.

Opinion
Despite its boring look, blonde elf can be employed to good use as an edger or front of border plant, I once saw it alternated with blue and dark green hostas in alternate fashion around the base of trees....the effect was outstanding and I took a photo but can't find it now. Bugger.
