Action and Timing

Dark green leaves with a wide irregular margin of gold turning ivory white. Ribbed veins and a kinked edge add effect to the cupped leaf habit. Flowers are lavender with green seedpods.
 

Nursery Notes

Propagate by division this fast growing form that will appreciate light to moderate shade where it will quickly form a dense mound.
 

Opinion

An excellent hosta for container or front of border culture, if its happy it will quickly outgrow its standard space dimensions. Said to be a sport of a variety called 'Flamboyant's seedling'.
